Circulation Policy

Books  
New and Best Sellers-14 days
 
All other books (fiction and nonfiction)- 28 days 
 
Adult fiction/non-fiction - a reasonable number may be checked out for the 28 day period

Reference Books (R or JR)- may not be checked out of Library
 
Juvenile fiction and non-fiction - same rules as the adult fiction and non-fiction.

DVDs - 7 days
 

OVERDUE FINES*
Current fines are as follows: .25 per day on all materials
If materials are lost or damaged, the patron must pay the retail price of the lost or damaged item.

RULES  FOR NEW LIBRARY PATRONS

Adult Cards
Must show proper ID card such as driver’s license, photo ID, Social Security card etc. Applicant must sign an application card. Card is good for 3 years. May only take two ( 2) books out at one time until they have been established as a risk free library patron. 
 
Juvenile Cards
Anyone under the age of 18 must have parent present with them.  Parent must show proper ID. Both parent and child must sign the application card. May only take two (2) books out at one time until they have been established as a risk free library patron. Card is good for 3 years.
